Job Description

• We are seeking a motivated and fashion-savvy Floor Assistant to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be passionate about fashion, attentive to detail, and committed to providing an outstanding shopping experience for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection, offering personalized styling advice and product knowledge.
• Maintain the presentation of the shop floor, ensuring that displays are well-organized and fully stocked.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with stock replenishment.
• Assist with fitting room service and ensure smooth customer flow.
• Support the team with visual merchandising tasks to reflect current fashion trends.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and engaging with clients in a friendly and approachable manner.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
• Assist with other store-related duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail or fashion environment is an advantage.
• A keen interest in fashion and styling with knowledge of the latest trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• A team player who is proactive and customer-focused.
• Flexibility with working hours, including evenings and weekends.

Salary
N70,000 - N80,000 / Months
